Business Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating CRM database
- Answering calls and transferring to relevant person
- Creating marketing material
- Updating and reviewing company documentation
- Assisting with general administration duties
- Updating company website
- Assisting Senior Consultants in arranging interviews
- Purchasing stationary adhoc
- Writing adverts
- General housekeeping
- Identifying high calibre candidates for both active and potential roles
- Conduct initial screening and telephone interviewing and provide feedback/offers to candidates
- Registering and importing candidates onto our database
- Ensure compliance with Willcox Matthews standards to maintain consistent candidate experience

- Entering data / information onto the company system
About You:
- A-Levels or equivalent (BTEC/NVQ etc)
- Competent using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good working knowledge of administration duties
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent social media skills
