Business Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating CRM database
  • Answering calls and transferring to relevant person
  • Creating marketing material
  • Updating and reviewing company documentation
  • Assisting with general administration duties
  • Updating company website
  • Assisting Senior Consultants in arranging interviews
  • Purchasing stationary adhoc
  • Writing adverts
  • General housekeeping
  • Identifying high calibre candidates for both active and potential roles
  • Conduct initial screening and telephone interviewing and provide feedback/offers to candidates
  • Registering and importing candidates onto our database
  • Ensure compliance with Willcox Matthews standards to maintain consistent candidate experience

  • Entering data / information onto the company system

About You:

  • A-Levels or equivalent (BTEC/NVQ etc)
  • Competent using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good working knowledge of administration duties
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent social media skills
