Events & Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact – dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Project managing new product introductions, customer range reviews, customer promotional activity
- Assisting with the organisation of exhibitions
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Conducting research on behalf of the Sales Director.
- Co-ordinating sales team activity in conjunction with the Sales Director
About You:
- All-round business acumen with a leaning towards sales & marketing
- Meticulous and organised with good attention to detail
- Self – motivated with a ‘can-do attitude’
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Quick learner of processes and systems
- Secure and accurate processing of data and information
- Clear and concise written communication
- Confident communicator over the telephone
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task & take ownership of tasks
