Logistics Customer Service Manager – Job Summary:
We’re supporting our client, a leading automotive manufacturer based in Liverpool, who are looking for a Logistics Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. The successful Logistics Customer Service Manager will have experience of planning, scheduling and internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Salary: £32,000 – £33,000

Responsibilities:
- To support the Logistics Department by ensuring all customer requirements and supplier demands are integrated accurately and fully.
- Responsible for supply of production materials into the production area and management of semi-finished and finished materials to the customers.
- Customer relationship.
- Customer Demand (EDI) Consistency & Integration.
- Demand variation analysis and Projected Stock.
- Monthly S&OP Proposal & weekly follow up.
- Weekly MPS Definition.
- Production follow-up: Adherence to Plan follow up.
- Finished Goods Stock right sizing.
- FG Shipments definition & Transport Scheme update.
- Delivery Performance follow-up.
- Customer B2B Portal.
- Finished goods Packaging tracking (stock level, follow up).
- Access customer portal to strategies aftermarket production plan.
- Raise PO for supply chain and transportation.
- Managing customer schedule agreements.
- Raise and process sales orders for multiple business streams.
- Key stakeholder in engineering change.
- Liaise with central planning to understand and minimise risks to production.
- Run error reports to ensure minimal interruption to production.
