Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Standards of the Maintenance Department are sustained
- Attend machine breakdowns and repair in a timely manner
- Ensure that all TPM’s and PM’s are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner as per the schedule
- All plant and associated equipment are kept clean, tidy and in a serviceable state
- Completion of Company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner
- Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met and adhered to
- Comply with the Spares tracking process
- Continuous Improvement projects
- Provide support as required to other Engineering Discipline
About You:
- Gained time served maintenance engineering experience within the Automotive or high-volume polymer moulding environment and ideally have a proven track record within IMM (Injection Moulding Machine)
- Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques (i.e.8D, 5Why, Ichikawa, PPS)
- Good communication skills who is able to work well in a team working environment.
