Project Manager – Job Summary:

We’re supporting our client, a leading global Injection Moulding Packaging manufacturer based in Dromcolliher, Co. Limerick who are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. The successful Project Manager will have experience of Project Management, budgeting and process optimisation.

Shift Pattern:               Days (8AM-5PM)

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

  • Clearly list and define improvement projects.
  • Set project list priorities based on the largest benefit to the business.
  • Plan, execute and oversee projects.
  • Procuring any needs for the project, such as materials, teams, and technology.
  • Oversee all work done as part of the project.
  • Identifying and managing project stakeholders.
  • Manage the project with clear goals, milestones, and completion dates. Gantt Charts, project diary.
  • Working with Finance to control project costs.
  • Maintaining structured project documentation.
  • Ensure Health and Safety procedures are always adhered to.
  • Communicate with other business functions to secure resources to deliver project tasks and to keep other stake holders informed of project progress.
  • Maintain constant adherence to all company customer and legal requirements.
  • Escalate in a timely fashion deviations from the project plan. Timeline, financial, technical
  • Present updates to Daily Review meeting.
  • Closing the projects ensuring all objectives have been met.
  • Global travel will be required from time to time.
