Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Making and answering phone calls.
- Sending and receiving emails.
- Processing sales orders / technical requests.
- Inputting and dealing with information on a database.
- Supporting sales by completing equipment quotations.
- Liaising with suppliers for technical support and equipment quotations.
- Liaising with customers to obtain production variables.
- Preparation of sales order, project and training packs for customers and company engineers.
- Typing up, filing, and processing engineering reports.
- Workload organisation and prioritisation is important.
- Communication with colleagues to set priorities.
About You:
- Grade C or above in Maths and English
- Proficient in use of computer programs such as MS Office and database systems.
- Good time keeping skills.
- Excellent communication skills: spelling and grammar are important within this role when presenting proposals.
- Commercial awareness will be an important aspect of this role.
- Upkeep of quoting software.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to cope with changing demands of the department and be flexible within the role.
- A clean UK driving licence is preferred for onsite training experiences.
