Shift Pattern: 1st Shift – 5AM to 1PM, Monday to Friday (Flexible)
Join a leading metal manufacturer in Sinking Springs, Pennsylvania as they continue to expand their maintenance team. This role is ideal for both experienced Industrial Electricians and candidates with strong electrical fundamentals who want to grow their skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and repair industrial equipment
- Work with 480V systems (training available if needed)
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Diagnose faults and support continuous production operations
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to keep equipment running smoothly
About You:
- Electrical experience in manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or similar environments
- Understanding of maintenance principles and troubleshooting
- Experience with 480V systems preferred (not required)
- Ability to read electrical schematics is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
