We’re supporting our client, a leading manufacturer in Malvern, PA, in hiring an experienced Electro‑Mechanical Final Assembler to join their expanding production team. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment.
 
Role Overview:

As an Electro‑Mechanical Final Assembler, you will assemble gas delivery systems and components, working closely with the Production Department. You’ll interpret engineering drawings and job travelers, use hand tools and measuring equipment, and apply both mechanical and basic electronic skills—including familiarity with PLC operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Read engineering drawings, specifications, work orders, and procedures
  • Position, align, and adjust components for correct fit and function
  • Prepare and connect cables, tubes, and wiring
  • Identify faulty or non‑conforming components
  • Safely operate common manufacturing tools and equipment
  • Perform standard mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly tasks
  • Provide feedback on assembly quality and performance
  • Complete production paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area (5S)
  • Work overtime when required
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to access components and equipment

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail with consistent, repeatable work quality
  • Solid mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent hand‑eye coordination; comfortable working with small parts
  • Good time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good vision and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and sit for extended periods
  • Able to follow instructions and protocols accurately and repeatedly
  • High School diploma preferred
  • 1–2 years’ experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with common manufacturing tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
