We’re partnering with our client, a leading packaging manufacturer, to hire a Customer Service Specialist who will play a key role in supporting customers, managing orders, and ensuring smooth communication across production, logistics, and sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear updates and solutions.
  • Manage order entry, review details for accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery or billing issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions in CRM/ERP systems and maintain organized records.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and professional service.

 
About You:

  • Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Customer Experience.
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette and clear written skills.
  • Experience with order processing, tracking, or issue resolution — ideally in a manufacturing or business environment.
  • Comfortable working fully on-site and collaborating with production, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Highly organized, detail‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with office software and CRM/ERP tools (or willing to learn).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training is a plus.
