Job Title: Installation Technician
Salary: $25/hr – $30/hr

Join a fast‑growing, industry‑leading manufacturer and take your mechanical skills to the next level. We’re hiring an Installation Technician with strong hands‑on ability and experience working with CNC machinery, tube bending, wire bending, or end‑forming equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Machine assembly – Build and configure CNC tube bending machines, including basic–intermediate electrical wiring.
- On‑site installations – Install machines at customer locations and ensure full operational readiness.
- Documentation – Record configurations, adjustments, and any issues during installation.
- Tooling setup – Mount, align, and secure tooling for proper machine function.
- Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues during installation.
- Customer support – Provide clear guidance, answer questions, and ensure a smooth installation experience.
- Safety compliance – Follow all safety standards and procedures.
- Travel: Up to 75% (domestic).
- Additional duties as assigned.
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Basic–intermediate CNC machinery knowledge.
- Siemens PLC familiarity (preferred).
- Experience with tube bending, wire bending, or end forming (preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Clean driving record (≤2 minor violations in 3 years; no major violations in 7 years).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with customers of all personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Italian language skills (preferred, not required).
- Must be eligible to work and live in the USA.
