This is a hands‑on leadership role in a high‑mix, continuous‑run production environment, focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and building a strong, accountable maintenance culture.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop your maintenance team of 4–5 mechanics across multiple shifts
- Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Manage planning, scheduling, and work orders through the CMMS
- Drive equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems; electrical/controls knowledge is a plus
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long term reliability improvements
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Provide occasional off hours support when urgent issues arise
About You:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience
- Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS
- Solid mechanical aptitude; electrical/controls familiarity beneficial
- Experience leading small teams in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead across multiple shifts in a 24/7 operation
- Strong communication, coaching, and team‑building skills
- Proven success improving uptime and equipment reliability
- Experience in extrusion, plastics, nonwovens, or other continuous‑process manufacturing
- Comfortable working in high‑temperature, non‑climate‑controlled industrial environments
- Familiarity with TPM, RCA, or reliability‑based programs
