Join a fast‑growing manufacturing operation as the Maintenance Manager leading a team of 4–5 multi‑skilled mechanics. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a high‑mix, continuous‑run production environment, focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and building a strong, accountable maintenance culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop your maintenance team of 4–5 mechanics across multiple shifts
  • Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Manage planning, scheduling, and work orders through the CMMS
  • Drive equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Troubleshoot mechanical systems; electrical/controls knowledge is a plus
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long term reliability improvements
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
  • Provide occasional off hours support when urgent issues arise

 
About You:

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience
  • Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS
  • Solid mechanical aptitude; electrical/controls familiarity beneficial
  • Experience leading small teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lead across multiple shifts in a 24/7 operation
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team‑building skills
  • Proven success improving uptime and equipment reliability
  • Experience in extrusion, plastics, nonwovens, or other continuous‑process manufacturing
  • Comfortable working in high‑temperature, non‑climate‑controlled industrial environments
  • Familiarity with TPM, RCA, or reliability‑based programs
