We’re supporting our client, a leading global metal manufacturer based in Elkridge, Maryland who are looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the integrated systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and servicing, including sensor taps, soap dispensers, hand dryers, and associated plumbing and electrical components.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical faults, water supply, and system malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- System Integration: Ensure the integration of SMART technology within the system, facilitating remote diagnostics and updates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and installation teams to provide feedback and insights for system improvements.
- Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- The role covers: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical & PLC/Automation and general Mechanics.
