Responsibilities:

 

  • Review customer requirements and make sure they are met
  • Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet company standards
  • Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
  • Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible
  • Raise & manage (SCAR / Non-Conformance Reports)
  • Creation of Inspection / Specification Sheets, Works Orders
  • Provide training and guidance to production team
  • Prepare and lead, the annual ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit process
  • To assist with quality related issues when the company conducts trials (new products / new materials)
  • To assist production team in investigating production quality related issues and complaints
  • Along with working with in-house personnel, work with, ‘Customers & Suppliers’
  • Work with production team, and report to ‘Production Manager & Company Directors’
