Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review customer requirements and make sure they are met
- Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet company standards
- Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
- Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible
- Raise & manage (SCAR / Non-Conformance Reports)
- Creation of Inspection / Specification Sheets, Works Orders
- Provide training and guidance to production team
- Prepare and lead, the annual ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit process
- To assist with quality related issues when the company conducts trials (new products / new materials)
- To assist production team in investigating production quality related issues and complaints
- Along with working with in-house personnel, work with, ‘Customers & Suppliers’
- Work with production team, and report to ‘Production Manager & Company Directors’
