We’re supporting our client, a leading metals manufacturer based in Rankin, Pennsylvania, who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to address product and process issues.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to monitor performance metrics and identify trends.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
