Role Overview:
As a Quality Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and quality assurance support across all manufacturing operations. You’ll ensure products meet customer expectations, internal standards, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product quality assurance – Define, maintain, and monitor quality standards across all parts and processes
- Lead root cause analysis and statistical investigations to improve manufacturing performance
- Support LEAN initiatives and customer-driven quality targets
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Analyse failures, implement corrective & preventive actions, and ensure timely closure
- Manage supplier quality, including audits, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking
- Perform statistical evaluations including Cpk and Ppk
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for product development and manufacturing
- Conduct inspections and audits (first article, in‑process, final, calibration, etc.)
- Manage multiple First Piece Qualifications (FPQs) with overlapping deadlines
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet customer and business requirements
- Support process flow, inspection criteria, and router development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as required within quality and safety guidelines
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in quality or engineering within manufacturing
- Knowledge of CAD, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational discipline
