We’re supporting our client, a leading support services supplier in Houston, Texas who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team. The successful Sales Manager will have proven business/ sales skills, with some evidence of practical skills too.
Responsibilities:
- Focussed on the oil and gas industry in the repair of mechanical seals and valves (experience in these disciplines is a must)
- Must reside within 50 miles of Houston and will cover mainly Texas and potentially other states
- Following up leads generated by the company’s marketing activities and prospecting for new business, especially on core products.
- Providing in-depth technical support to identify and solve customer problems using company products/services.
- Present the company professionally to maintain market leading image & reputation.
About You:
- Proven business/sales skills.
- Some evidence of practical skills, for example, fixing/repairing items.
- The job is likely to involve some travel to other states in the USA.
