Join a leading manufacturer in Dallas, Texas as a Senior Training Specialist.
This is a key role for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Instructor‑Led Trainer within the electrical utility or industrial sector. If you’re passionate about developing technical training and delivering hands‑on instruction, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging training through lectures and hands‑on lab instruction
- Develop and maintain course curriculum as the Subject Matter Expert
- Support and improve power equipment and lab setups using your technical expertise
- Provide customer support and technical guidance
- Travel required: 50%–75%
What You Bring:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as an SME or Instructor in electrical utility or industry, specialising in one or more of the following:
- Electrical Safety
- Substation Maintenance
- Circuit Breaker Maintenance
- Relays (Mechanical & Microprocessor)
- Medium Voltage Cable Splicing & Fault Locating
You are also:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Computer literate and a strong problem solver
- Professional, dependable, personable, and safety‑focused
- Creative, structured, and cooperative
