3)What does your job entail?
Helping with the smooth running of the business by; assisting with general admin duties, writing /creating job adverts and content marketing. Answering calls and transferring to the relevant person and do general housekeeping around the office. Keeping the database up to date, importing Candidates to the database and entering data / information.
4)What is a typical day like?
My typical day includes carrying out my daily admin tasks. These can change each day, one day will be focused on adding clients, contacts and candidates to our system. Another day I will be content marketing and writing blogs.
5)Favourite memory from your time at work?
I can’t choose one favourite memory, the office always has a positive atmosphere which makes every day rememberable!
6)What’s an ideal client?
I don’t work directly with the clients, but clear communication from clients would be most beneficial.
7)What advice would you offer for someone who wants to be in your industry?
I find being organised is the best strength for an administration role, keeping on top of the workload and maintaining good relationships with colleagues.
8)What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy most aspects of my job; I like being able to organise myself so I can stay on top of my work.
9)What do you find most challenging about your job?
When we’re going through a busy period where adverts need to go live, it can become a little overwhelming.

I went to The Chase high school in Malvern
12)What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I like to spend time with my family and friends, I also spend my time reading and shopping.

TV shows and movies.

That I have a small Star Wars tattoo!

Retail, sales assistant at Shoe Zone

Two cats, Steed and Purdey

My best strength would be my organisation, But I don’t have much creativity!
18)What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
I would take a tent, a book long series and a pillow for comfort!
19)If you could have a career in anything, what would it be?
I would love to be an event organiser, it’s something that I find a little challenging but fun!

Id love to meet Avril Lavigne, she was my favourite artist growing up!
